Our philosophy has and will always be to place the needs of our clients ahead of any possible financial gain of our own. In so doing we believe that we will, with due skill, care and diligence, add value to the Long -Term Insurance Industry. In a time of grief, we will be there to assist Clients with their claim for insurance business. We understand the need to support and walk with you during the time of sorrow/Grief. We won’t require Clients to pay more money when you claim but we will be there to facilitate the payment on cash to you.We shall strive to provide policyholders with all necessary information including in instances where we or our agents have made mistakes (that warrant correction by us).
